I am currently the K-5 S.T.E.M. Instructor for a Title One School in rural Arizona. S.T.E.M. stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. I see approximately 500 students every other week for hands-on projects that correlate to the science standards that they are learning in their classrooms. All of the materials used by the students and teachers in my classroom have come from grants or me purchasing them myself.
