I teach at an Inner City school in New York. Many of my students are low income and receive free or reduced lunch. I teach mainly minority students in the heart of the city. My class sizes are between 24-28 and require highly engaging lessons. My students generally struggle to attain a high self esteem. Students respond appropriately when engaged in an activity involving group work.
