I teach special education for grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade in rural Northwest Gibson County in Northwest Tennessee. I chose the markerboard tables and ball chairs for my students' benefit so that they can be more successful while learning. I have students with a wide range of disabilities. Being able to write on the tables is a great way to help them express themselves. It uses less paper and other materials. Having flexible seating, ball chairs, can help a student with ADHD, or even anxiety, learn to be more centered and help them focus. The ball chairs will help my students with Autism have a calming seat where they can chill and regain composure.
