Who wants to sit at a desk and chair all day long? I am creating a comfortable learning environment to enhance creative and critical thinking, allow students to be academic risk takers, and become future leaders. The Big Joe dorm chair provides a comfortable seating option for a peaceful corner sitting. This allows students to take a break, refocus, and have a minute to regroup anytime throughout the day. Students will also learn techniques that will help them now and in the future to reduce anxiety and stress. Creating a relaxed, alternative choice for seating will provide options for the best learning environment for each child. The optional seating increases collaborative learning and discussion in small groups.
