The addition of 9 cozy chairs to my classroom would greatly impact the climate of our room. Students would have the opportunity to choose a seat that makes them more comfortable. As well as add incentive to arriving to class on time. Students who are tardy, would not be able to choose the comfy seat at their table. The overall feeling a student has in the classroom greatly influences their level of success. If they feel comfortable, they are more open to taking chances and learning! The more open students feel toward learning to higher the chances they will receive and retain the information taught. I am excited to offer these chairs to my students. I have tried using bean bag these past two years and while the students love them, they do not outlast the students. The chairs requested hold a 300 pound weight limit and are constructed from durable materials.
