It is a daily struggle with students who battle with ADD & ADHD in the classroom. They need constant movement. Many have difficulties sitting still at all so currently, I will let them grab a clipboard and stand in the back of my classroom. However, this limits them to using a chromebook, textbook or other materials. With the stand up desks (that even offer an additional drop down option) this will create a new option for the students to learn. It even has a foot rest for the students who need additional wiggle room. Plus the bouncy bands create an additional option for the students when moving to the stand up desk may not always be an option.
