My students are energetic 7th graders who attend school in a middle school setting. This is their first year changing classes and seeing different teachers. For 5th and 6th grade these students were in an intermediate academy where one teacher instructed all subjects. Now they travel to seven different classes within the school day. At this grade level students have the core subjects but also have the opportunity to take Spanish, computers, technical education and music. These students genuinely love learning and want to do their best but sometimes lack the resources and help at home.

About my class
