My students come from a wide range of backgrounds. A majority of students qualify for free and reduced lunches, and leave home very early to get to school by walking or taking public transportation. In my classroom, it is my goal to make sure that each student, no matter the difficulties they may face outside of school, come here and have a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. I want all of my students to experience the wonders of science and inquiry, and I want to foster a love of learning and science. To do this, I strive to provide the materials and equipment that help makes that possible.

About my class
