Welcome to the wonderful world of first grade! I am a first grade teacher at Shakerag Elementary School. I believe that I have the most exciting job in the world! Our school's diversity helps to make our school very special. We have students from many different countries including China, Japan, Korea, Germany, Nigeria, India, Iran, Iraq, South Africa, and Canada. I love finding new ways to challenge my students' learning, inspire them students to become leaders, and advance their knowledge are a few of my favorite things about being a teacher. Most importantly, I love watching them smile, laugh and grow throughout the school year.
