My students are students that give their best every day. Every student knows that there is an opportunity in anything they do, even if the outcome is incorrect. If they are unable to achieve something the first time, they know to try again. Not just try again, but take the opportunity to correct what was done previously. Ours is a socially diverse school that is typically overlooked due to its location. Or school is nestled in an affluent area, but nearly half of the students in attendance are on the free and reduced lunch plan. Our school has a diverse ethnic composition. Many of our students come from families that speak more then one language at home. Also, very few of our families have a stay-at-home parent.
