Our school is lucky to have a business readiness program and my students range from freshmen to seniors who are dedicated to pursuing jobs in the medical and health services field after graduation. Our school has students from a variety of backgrounds and income levels and we seek to provide the best possible foundation for their future endeavors that we can. Our students are proud to attend a program where they are able to work toward their futures. This course focuses on preparing students for a wide variety of medical professions. We cover the different aspects of the healthcare system, ethics in healthcare, legal aspects, and a thorough basic course preparing the students for future health science coursework. As both a healthcare professional myself, and an educator in a classroom setting, it is important that our students have every possible resource to become strong citizens and contribute to our community.
