Our Elementary School is a Title I school serving the predominantly rural area of Johnston County, North Carolina. My students are motivated, bright, and enthusiastic, but lack the resources to reach their full potential. Our school does the absolute best it can with low funding. The staff is 100% dedicated to the population we serve, and the community supports us by sponsoring a 5K, our fall festival, and family nights through the year. However, as beneficial as the emotional support from our families and community is, the general area lacks the financial resources to get what we need.
