In my class, I would like to give my students several unique ways for learning. Each of my students faces a different difficulty with their impairment. By having these tablets I would be able to set them up geared to the individual needs. Students who have difficulty holding a pencil would be able to participate more by having a touch screen. There are times they become very tired from holding a pencil or trying to keep the paper still on the desk. The tablets will also allow them to exercise their eyes and hands with specific programs. This will be amazing for Literature because they would be able to hear the stories read aloud or be assisted with words they may not know. The programs that can be downloaded on the tablets are amazing! It would allow the students to take virtual field trips while at school too. Being in the classroom all day can be difficult but with the tablets we could even visit the moon!
