The students in the Drama Club are comprised of 100 children that are enthusiastic to electrify the stage with their hidden talents. They appear to be humbled by the suggestions made to them during rehearsals. Before you know it, it's opening night and... Lights, Camera, Action...they are our Super Stars. Without any prior or formal training the children put forth all that they have from their hearts. Mix their enthusiasm with the passion of the teachers that work with these students for four months and you have what we call our own recipe for an EXTRAVAGANZA!! It is important to know that our school is not a Theater Arts School and the teachers are not Drama teachers. Our Drama Club was created because our Principal wanted to infuse the arts with our every day learning. The two ideals pretty much compliment each other and actually create a more rewarding outcome.
