Flexible seating has been shown to help the restlessness of students. With the rigor of learning and standards, students are not able to move about and get rid of their excess energy. With the use of wobble chairs and balance balls, students will be able to wiggle and move without disturbing the class. This will help them concentrate and apply their energy better on their academics. I think this is important for my kids. With the help of flexible seating choices wobble chairs and balance balls the students will be able to focus their energy on their academics and improve their ability in subjects such a reading and math. Most students come to me not on grade level or ready to be where they are. This means that I need to catch them up and then teach them the material required for first grade.
