I'm a special needs teacher for students in grades K-3 at a Title 1 school. Life can be a struggle for students in and out of the classroom. Together, we work hard to foster a loving and supportive classroom community. Students should feel cared for and safe when they enter our classroom. My students learn in a variety of ways: tactile, auditory, and kinetic. I try to meet their unique needs by incorporating hands-on learning activities as much as possible. This helps keep students motivated and fully engaged.
