My students end up in my room (ISS) as a consequence for their actions. I work diligently on building a relationship with students who end up in here a lot. Those students need someone that they can count on. These students come from every walk of life. I am firm, fair and consistent with these students but try to ensure they are NOT treated like prisoners! This isn't jail it is still an educational setting!
