As a small rural charter school in Northern Arizona we lack a lot of resources larger schools have. This project will help me provide students in my classroom with flexible seating, interactive materials, better books, as well as a way to build a more engaging calming and comfortable classroom environment. These materials will provide each student with an opportunity to interact with their learning and to have materials that will allow each student to explore difficult concepts in a way that will make it more understandable. As a first year teacher all of these materials will be useful as I have no classroom manipulatives and very few flexible seating options.
