Recently, I completed my STEM endorsement where I learned the important of coding using robotics. I want my class, students have the opportunity to explore different interests that they might not otherwise be able to explore. Unfortunately, we don't have any robotic in the school. Learning to code with robotics gives the students the opportunity to enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students become 21st century learners. They will foster critical thinking skills while students try their hand at coding to make the different robots move. They will learn how to persevere through problems, instead of giving up. It will help them to think out of the box and to resolve real-world problem solving project-based solutions. Please help me bring robotic into my classroom. Also encourage the students to communicate and collaborate to create new worlds using coding. All students are curious and creative at this age and using robots will continue to foster their curiosity. These little robots will allow my students to feel successful and encourage them to focus on their ability to become scientist and coders. I cannot wait to see how they use their 21st century skills with this addition to our STEM bins the future is in the palm of their hands.
