The requested materials will allow students establish a learning environment where technology and curriculum work together to support hands-on, minds-on learning. Digital media lessons will allow all students to experience engaging personalized learning, intrinsic motivation and support each students interests and learning abilities.
Lessons will empower students to become global thinkers and makers through curriculum infused with design-thinking methodology and purpose-driven projects. Lessons will emphasize STEM and digital media to ensure students are creating remarkable projects that motivate them to inquire, explain, tackle new problems and celebrate their solutions.
The requested materials will allow learners to apply a wide-range of technologies to projects that matter to them personally and academically. Authentic assessment and meaningful reflection will happen every day as students create ePortfolios to document and present their learning.
With STEM jobs and careers on the rise, it is more important than ever to ensure that students have adequate and reliable access to internet and technology in the classroom. It is time to put educational technology where it belongs…in the hands of students. Students explore. They problem-solve. They collaborate and create. And they learn.
