My students are responsible for completing 45 minutes per day on math and reading skills. The time alone is very frustrating for these little learners but when you add in technology issues they become even more frustrated. For my ESE students, being able to sit in their quiet area with a tablet and still complete their assignments will be very beneficial for them. Tablets will provide flexibility in the classroom and they can also be used for engaging students during literacy center and math center time. The benefits of having tablets instead of very old desktop computers are endless in a classroom.
