As a teacher, I saw that my students were struggling with graphing skills like plotting a point on a coordinate plane, graphing a linear equation and solving system of equations using graphing. If my students use graphing boards, I know that they will remember and relate their learning in their daily life situations. I feel as a Teacher that graphing skills are some of the important skills that every student should understand and learn not only to use in math classes but also in other areas like physics, chemistry, and US history, art and graphic designing. This project will help my students to engage more and experience the learning of graphing skills as hands-on activity and it will help my students to experience, explore and expand their learning.
