The area rug will allow my students to have a student station where they will be able to take think breaks timed with the class timer when needed and facilitate independent mediations between peers. The yoga balls and bean bags will give students access to flexible seating which is extremely important when teaching different types of learners. Every single poster creates an atmosphere for students to feel welcomed and belonging. Every poster has motivational quotes on them so students will receive a constant reminder to believe in themselves, encourage one another, and treat one another with respect.
