My Students My students are my children. They have come from all around the world, from many different and often difficult situations. They come from diverse backgrounds but have one thing in common, they come to learn. I work in a large school with a very high immigrant population located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. My Projects We are in need of a classroom rug, this rug will be a place where we learn and grow together. It is where most of our learning will take place! Also, seat pockets to help them keep their books and folders organized and neat. Finally, leveled reading books. My students are diverse in every way; especially in their reading levels. Having more fiction and nonfiction texts available will help promote reading and make it more engaging for my students. I want to give them a great start. Thank you, Gracias for considering this project! My students and I thank you for helping our classroom!
