Big books make reading fun. They are filled with big words, beautiful images and provide children with a wonderful vast vocabulary. Through modeled reading, they will also help enrich our children's oral language development, which is essential to our early learners. It is my personal goal to make reading a fun and enjoyable experience for each and every one of my students, and having these books will help make that goal more obtainable. Gaining these materials will also allow my students to explore new places, meet new characters and experience a little bit more of what the world has to offer.
