Cleanliness is next to Godliness. These materials will help my students feel confident in themselves which will translate to confidence in the classroom. Sixth grade students are in the midst of discovering their bodies. Some are not yet acclimated to proper personal care. In addition, there are varying degrees of body temperatures, so there is always an issue with students being to cold or too hot. Proper personal hygiene will lend to student confidence and pride in themselves and their performance while respecting other's personal space. Kits include: anti-perspirants, body wash, toothpaste, mouth wash, wash cloth, toothbrush, etc. Products are in a small wicker basket that fits inside lockers.
