I want to combine fitness and music to create a fun PE class.  These exercise balls will be used for a variety of activities including muscle balance, core strength, posture, and cardio drumming. What is cardio drumming?  Cardio drumming uses an exercise ball, drumsticks and music.  You create rhythm and dance routines to different songs while banging on your "drum." These exercise balls will be a great addition to the regular gym equipment that we use. We do not have a music program so this will also give the students some opportunities to work on rhythm.
