They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes a child's willingness to learn! During my years as a teacher, I have always admired the curiosity of a child. They are constantly soaking up everything around them, like a sponge! In my classroom, I want to surround my students with wonder. I want my students to be excited each and everyday to come and learn! In order to make this happen, my class is a place of fun and student empowerment. I truly believe in the students taking charge of their own learning. When this happens, it's like magic!
