Hi, my name Stacy Sinkovich and I am a K-1 teacher in an inner city district of Connecticut. I worked as a kindergarten paraprofessional for over ten years and due to perseverance and determination, I am proud to say that I've officially become a classroom teacher and have been for the past seven years. The school I am working in is a therapeutic day program for students with emotional, behavioral and psychological challenges. These students have experienced a great deal of adversity at such a young age and need all of the support and guidance they can get while in school. My goal is to give these students the education they deserve and the opportunity to flourish while in my hands. Please know that by donating just a few dollars to my project, you will be impacting the lives of so many children. I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your consideration.
