My students have many different learning styles. The days of everyone sitting in one desk in separate rows are over. Many studies have been conducted on flexible seating and it has been shown to be beneficial to the learning environment. There are positive benefits that happen in a classroom when students are given the choice of what they would like to sit on and where they would like to work. When given the choice of seating style and location, my students are more engaged. Flexible seating allows my students to make their own choices and take ownership of their learning. The products I have chosen will allow my students to opportunity to decide where is the best place for them to work in the classroom.
