My classroom provides some flexible seating for my students. We use standard chairs, pillows on the floor, and the ability to stand while working. The availability or variety is minimal which limits the choices given to them. With all the energy we have, giving all 23 students the choice of having a flexible option helps keep them engaged in our learning. Wobble stools and soft cushions will provide small amounts of movement to increase attention to learning. So many of my students are kinesthetic learners. By providing my Kids with amazing pieces of furniture like Kids Kore Wobble Chairs and Movin' Sit, they will have a better chance of retaining the information.
