Every year I spend hundreds of dollars setting up and maintaining my classroom. The items in this project are items that we use in our classroom day to day to ensure my student's success through classroom management and organization. A lot of these items seem like things that should be funded by the school, however, my school is located in a very low-income and high needs area which leads to me buying many items out of pocket. These basic items are thing such as chart paper for me to make posters students can reference on the wall. Name tags for student desks so they know where to sit and remind them how to spell their first and last names. Expo markers so I can write our objectives on the wall and provide visuals for my students while teaching. Without these basic supplies and organizers my classroom wouldn't be as organized or properly managed. Through your donation my students will learn the importance of being organized. Additionally, they will have more learning time as effective organization ensures quick transition times.
