Flexible Seating will help transform my classroom into a highly functional space to help students feel supported. Students only have a small segment of recess daily, and they need more time to move to keep their brains awake and learning. Flexible seating brings "fun" into the classroom instead of being told where and how to sit as they work. It replaces the traditional seating while bringing student achievement to the top. Flexible seating gives students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them. It allows students to find the best learning space for comfort as they work. When students are comfortable as they work, they are more committed to working and learning. This seating gives them a voice in the classroom when they get to make choices in the space where they will work and learn.
