These children are in an adjustment classroom. They do not know how to read social cues or react to situations appropriately. They are very good kids, they just have not had the opportunity to learn socially acceptable behavior. They come from low-income families and have not had easy lives, and they are only 6 - 8 years old. They are learning to trust and depend on us and each other at school and we are here for them.
