Studies have shown that students are better able to focus when they are able to move around. Stability balls are an effective way to allow students to get the wiggles out while still staying focused on the task at hand. They also help students strengthen their core muscles and balance, which are important to build at this point in their development. These stability balls will allow my students to reach their full potential within the classroom. My students have all had a chance to use these stability balls over the course of the past few weeks, since I bought a few to try them out. They have truly enjoyed this opportunity and I would like to make it a reality for all of them.
