The physical education program at SHE is still evolving and is in need of more equipment to service the 400-500 students enrolled in the institution. Within the enrollment of the students serviced are students that are physically and academically challenged. SHE seeks to use its physical education program to reiterate classroom curriculum via cross curriculum while instructing physical education curriculum such as locomotor skills, manipulative skills, spatial awareness, balance, and the introduction of sports via instructional and organized play. It is a school wide mission to teach collectively the fundamentals of learning and to achieve the goal of preparing our students, grades PreK-3rd, for the next level of education. With proper equipment, we can achieve this goal by enhancing the physical education program at SHE.
