My 6th grade science class is in need of lab tools in order to perform necessary labs that foster investigation and allow them to create their own "science mind." Some of the non-consumable lab tools our classroom is in need of are: graduated cylinders, tongs, hot plates, tuning forks, small xylophones, models for visual understanding, warming lamps, lab quality aprons, triple beam balances with gram weights, thermometers, droppers, electric circuit materials, magnifying glasses, mirrors, rock identification sets, simple machine kits, metal slinkies, materials for investigating electrical circuits, spectroscopes, stopwatches, washers, laser pointers, wave/sound meters, plastic pipets test tube brushes utility clamps different size rectangular prisms, and bunsen burners, displacement vessels, propane torch, solder rods, and petri dishes. This list is not exhaustive but will greatly enhance curriculum goals.
