One of the greatest influences that I have on students in today's classrooms is the way that I make them FEEL about education. This is something that will forever shape their future as a learner. It's time for me to stretch myself, push the limits, and step outside of my own comfort zone as I work to take my ordinary content and make it extraordinary for my students. Having the opportunity to attend the Next Level - Get Your Teach On Conference will provide me with the knowledge and skill set to amp up my content instruction in the area of English Language Arts (ELA). This two-day deep dive and focused look into ELA will deliver best practices, strategies, and techniques that are sure to take my teaching to the NEXT LEVEL. Students will have the chance to be provided instruction by a teacher that will have in-depth knowledge on how to better engage each of them all while adding rigor and differentiation to the content area. After all, it’s not true engagement without equal parts fun and academic rigor.
