I teach at a K-5 campus. My students are bright and receptive to learning new information. Our faculty and staff works hard, supported by a handful of community programs, to make sure all students are able to focus on learning while at school. Our school environment is encouraging, safe, and accepting- these ideals are reflected in the students behavior both inside and outside of the classroom. I teach three sections of 5th grade math. My students are mixed ability, meaning in my one classroom I may have one student who struggles immensely while their neighbor excels at academics. Overall, my students are energetic, excited, and seek success in all they do.
