These headsets will allow students to listen to their language books, their phonics program, and will provide spoken instruction to struggling readers. Many of our English Language Learners are able to have materials read aloud to them. In order to continue to push students who do not need to hear this, I have been recording this instruction so they can play at their pace and be given that accommodation even while remaining in the whole group setting. In order for this to be must effective each child needs a way to hear this instruction individually.
