I would like my students to know as much as I possibly can in order to be successful in the course of Culinary Arts. My goal is to teach them the things that I have learned while in college while maximizing our class time. Our class budget will only cover the food items needed to teach the students things like basic knife cuts, baking and pastry techniques and cooking and plating techniques however there are plenty of small tools that we still need. I want to be able teach my students that things that were beneficial to me through out my undergraduate years in Culinary School. My students enjoy the hands-on aspect of learning however we are lacking some of the tools needed in order to get the job done.
