My school is in an urban area on the eastern shore of Maryland. Our student population comes from a very diverse socioeconomic and demographic area. A portion of our student body have needs that conventional methods don't always seem to work. Behavioral, emotional and non-traditional families are the norm. Through all of this though, they are good kids that need whatever advantages they can get to shine. There is not a school out here in our county that has more spirit and heart than ours does. We have a dedicated faculty who understand the needs of our students and never fail to meet those needs and support not only our students, their families and community, but each other as well.
