Wooden Blocks are exploratory materials that will provide my TK students with the opportunity to create and design structures. Wooden Blocks are a great resource for students to build low and wide, or tall and narrow. These are going to impact learning in a variety of ways. Using these materials will expand their math, social emotional, and problem solving skills. Working together or alone students will be given time and space to explore and design whatever their hearts desire! I will providing materials to enhance the experience such as drawing paper for design, and dress up so they can imagine the role of an architect or engineer!
