These materials will help me provide a an effective learning environment in the classroom. My students have been given their own chromebooks to use in the classroom, and I often have them go onto interactive and engaging websites to assist their learning. However, it can become distracting while they are working on these websites with the volume on, which makes it difficult for everyone to focus on their work. The headphones will help provide a learning environment that is respectful to the rest of the class, and helps everyone focus. My students also use AVID binders to foster their own personal organization skills, but unfortunately, the tabs that are used to organize the binders are falling apart. The plastic binder tabs will last a long time, which will help them grow into organized individuals.
