I work with many amazing and special students. I have the pleasure of teaching in a resource room where small group is our way of life. I get to know each of my 16 students and their strengths and weaknesses and how to make them better in all aspects of learning. My students are eager to participate and learn new things, especially when we integrate technology into a lesson. Although my students struggle in academic areas, they never give up and always come in with a smile on their faces. They are eager to share their successes and when we get the opportunity to learn from our failures, it feels so much better when we persevere! Our classroom always has its ups and downs, but we wouldn't have it any other way because we love to learn!
