My students are amazing learners, but many could not afford the more expensive items on the school supply list. They all came with pencils and folders in hand, but many were missing the items that will aide in the full technology and group studies format that our classroom will follow. Our school has a variety of backgrounds and many were able to purchase needed supplies, but many more were unable.
