My 2-5 grade ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) students are learning academic English to better their lives through education. My students speak fluently to their peers but are unable to understand their academic classes. I support learning in school through music, reading, writing and hands on learning. In ESOL we love to learn math language through measuring while cooking, reading fluency with theater, and writing through art. My students are all so excited to learn and achieve the same success as their peers!
