I have hand selected classroom materials that will help the function of the room for the students. It is so important to have smooth transitions to utilize every minute of learning. My resources will allow me to setup learning centers for the students. We will work on initial sounds, letter recognition, sight words and blending to read. I have chosen activities that I know my students will love and learn at the same time. My goal is that all my students know their letters and sounds. I have found some fun ways to use the resources to help them play while they learn. Students working in small group will help each other to play games. Each of these materials would be resources I would buy myself. I love to revamp my curriculum every week to allow for new and exciting ways to learn. I have also created a calming area to help with new emotions and working through social conflicts. I am so excited for an amazing year.
