I'm a high energy teacher in charge of leading my students into the new Digital Curriculum. That means all my core Language Arts' class information is online. Big, old, hi-lighted textbooks? A thing of the past. My students yell, "That's so old-school, Mrs. Gallardo!" My students are smart and eager for more technology. This is the future generation that's going to make a difference in our world. Technology is in their blood. They've been on PC's since toddler-hood and can't imagine life without it. This generation will take the technology we find amazing now and make huge leaps ahead. They are the future Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. It continues on, in my classroom, as I guide them through the new Digital Curriculum. I'm so proud to be part of their academic journey as we click into a new 'Digital Citizenship' way of life.
