I'm requesting these materials to start off the school year for 2020-2021 on the right note. My plan for this project is to provide each of my students the ability to take a book home that interest them or that they can relate to from a cultural standpoint or even a socioeconomic view. They would have a month to read their book (more time can be allotted), then they would complete a book report for me, give a presentation to the class over what they grasped from the book and how they can relate it back to themselves and what they may face as kids.
